Paying for a booking
Bank card
Visa and Mastercard. The card is charged at once and the e-ticket or the voucher is emailed within minutes.
Orange Money, Wave, MTN MoMo
A payment request is sent to your phone; approve it and the booking is confirmed at once. The hold lasts 24 hours.
Bank transfer
Transfer the amount quoting the booking reference. Our finance team confirms it, usually within one working day; the booking is held for 48 hours.
Pay later
Every booking is held for 24 hours without any charge; pay from the booking page or the link in the email before the deadline.
Documents, changes and cancellations
Where is my e-ticket or voucher?
It is emailed as a PDF as soon as the payment is confirmed, and can be opened, printed or sent again from the booking page (My Trips, or Find my booking with the reference and the email).
Can I cancel online?
Yes, from the booking page until the travel date. The refund follows the fare rule shown when you booked (non-refundable, 75%% or fully refundable; a free-cancellation room refunds in full until its deadline). Card and mobile-money refunds go back to the original method within 7 to 10 working days.
Can I change a name or a date?
Date changes follow the fare rule; name corrections are made by our desk. Call or write with the booking reference.
I booked without an account. How do I find the booking?
Use Find my booking with the reference and the email, or open the link in the confirmation email. Use Forgot password with the same email to open an account: the bookings join it.
What is the booking fee?
A small fee per traveller on flights and a percentage on hotel stays, shown before you pay. Promo codes come off the fare before the fee.
