Cookie notice

What the site stores on your device

The Blue Jay Travels site uses the minimum needed to work; nothing is set for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics script runs on it.

• BJCSITE (cookie, until the browser closes or 8 hours of inactivity): keeps you signed in and ties your searches and your booking in progress to your browser. Essential.
• bjc_lang (cookie, one year): remembers the language you chose, English or French. Set only when you switch the language.
• bjc-cookies (browser storage): remembers that you have seen this notice.
• bjc-flash (browser storage, a few seconds): carries a confirmation message from one page to the next.

Third parties

The pages load the Lato typeface from Google Fonts, which sees the request of the font file (your IP address and browser) and nothing else about you. The payment providers set their own cookies on their pages when a payment redirects to them.

Your choices

Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the sign-in and the booking. You can delete every cookie from your browser settings at any time; you will be signed out and the language goes back to your browser's.
